Land Broker Co-Op and AcreValue Team Up to Expand Land Listings Coverage

The Land Broker Co-Op and AcreValue partnered in 2019 to enhance the exposure of land listings across the United States for landowners, farmers and their partners (e.g., brokers, lenders, appraisers).

AcreValue users can now access land listings across the country under “Land For Sale.” This is an exciting feature for farmers looking to expand, investors in search of land to purchase to build their portfolios, or landowners interested in land values and what’s offered for sale in their area.

Users now have access to thousands of land listings on AcreValue provided by real estate brokers across the U.S., updated daily, provided to us by the Co-Op’s Multiple Listing Service (LandBroker MLS). This new data further enhances the value of AcreValue as a one-stop shop for our customers’ land intelligence needs.

Our robust search features also allow AcreValue users to find land by a variety of search parameters such as acreage, soil productivity, crop types, land use, and location. Results that meet each user’s search criteria are then viewable in either map or list view, and reports can be saved, downloaded and shared.

The Co-Op, created in 2018, was organized by a group of professional farm, ranch, and land brokers who saw an opportunity to better serve the needs of the rural real estate brokerage community. Their mission is to provide member services on a cost-competitive basis while also protecting personal and professional data. It is broker/agent owned and offers equal voice to all members, group buying power, and shared participation in profits. With exposure to over 2 million users and soon to be added 65,000+ active listings, the Co-Op is exhibiting tremendous growth.

The Land Broker Co-op is celebrated its first anniversary on June 11. With work underway to add an additional 60,000 land listings in the near future and impressive traffic numbers (aggregated web visits of 2 Million per month), this places it at the top of the land listing market.

By partnering together, AcreValue and the Co-Op are excited to unite their innovative platforms to continue building upon their shared commitment to provide creative technology solutions to help landowners, farmers and their partners get the information and opportunities that they need in an online, advertisement-free, and functional search environment.
